| Cpl. Fulton started his law enforcement career with the Freedom Police Department in September 1997 as a part-time patrolman. In August of 1998, Cpl. Fulton was hired as a full-time patrolman with the Farmington Police Department. He attended the 116th New Hampshire Police Academy in August of 1998. Cpl. Fulton joined the Moultonborough Police Department as a patrolman in March 2000. He graduated from Dean College with an A.S. in Criminal Justice and Bridgewater State College with a B.S. in Sociology with concentration in Criminology. As a certified diver, Cpl. Fulton enjoys traveling to diving expeditions in the Caribbean. During New England winters he enjoys snowmobiling, and snowboarding. |
