| Chief Kinmond has over 22 years in law enforcement having started his career with the Town of Wakefield in 1985. He has worked as a police officer for various jurisdictions within Carroll County. As a graduate of the New England Law Enforcement Command Institute at Babson college, Chief Kinmond currently serves as the department’s Operations Commander, Criminal Investigator, and Training Division Commander. In his spare time, Chief Kinmond enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and two young daughters. |
