| Officer Vanderhoef is a veteran law enforcement officer having retired from the New York City Police Department (NYPD) after 20 years of service. He moved to Moultonborough with his wife several years ago and joined the ranks of the Moultonborough Police Department as a part time officer in 2002. Officer Vanderhoef served as the Animal Control Officer, Traffic Control Officer and Beach Patrol Officer until December 2007. He Continues to occasionally help out the department with some community policing activities and working a special detail now and then. The Town of Moultonborough was, and continues to be, fortunate to have Officer Vanderhoef within its ranks. It goes without saying, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. |
